What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges of defective products only within 45 days of purchase.

How do I clean my tumblers?

All of our tumblers are hand-wash only. Please do not put them in the dishwasher as they can get damaged!

Can I use this for hot drinks?

No, our tumblers are designed for cold drinks only!

Can I put the tumbler in the freezer?

No! The nature of these tumblers means they cannot be frozen! Add ice but keep the tumbler out of the freezer!

Is shipping included in the price of my order?

No- shipping will cost extra and will need to be paid by the customer before the product is shipped.
